Linda found us through recommendation from our
other customers who were looking for several properties to be refurbished at once so to gain a discount.

We supplied, fitted and registered the windows with building control.







The windows are Deceuninck 2800 Wood grain on white inside.
These windows are very highly rated at A+3.  The windows have had the benefit of greatly reducing condensation. 
We also re-rendered the front and patch repaired else ware before finally decorating.
As you can see the bungalow looks very tidy now, which is essential if you are letting the property.

 
  

This is Jim's bungalow on the same complex.

Jim required the same A+3 windows and doors to the front and back. As you see it looks very tidy again.
This bungalow also benefited from re-rendering and decoration.
We subsequently went on to refurbish Jim's bathroom also upgrading the insulation.
The bungalow is much more comfortable and suffers much reduced condensation to the windows and the bathroom.
